It's rainey here today but we'll still go boating later as the day calls for a full Mills set,so as I await the crews viewing of Spongebob I went to my little collection of stuff....I think you want a copy of this Blueprint for the rails (I have most of them) Took it to kinkos and reduced it hope it helps. There is a guy in PA with a set of rails for that boat, He converted his to a Low Pro and doesnt need them any more. - Let me know and I will put you in touch with him.
Whaler never published drawings for their rail designs. I know Martinmarine has fab'd console railings with shepherds crooks for the standard cosnsole so you may want to contact them.
