Behind the wood rails looks like a great place to keep miscellaneous small items. The stern seat would be a welcome addition for cruising and lounging on a 17 as well. Yes, i must admin that on a whaler model such 17, additions like the rear bench and the twart side wood are vital. Also, for the rear bench, it's an amazing spot for seating when on a heavy choppy weather! I'm thinking to move the console behind the RPS! Thanks again!
