I own a 72 13' sport and just installed a pt-35 on it with a 79 merc 40. I took it out yesterday to try the new setup after about a hour of happy boating it was time to go but when I got back to the launch I noticed that the motor wasn't going up. I pulled the boat out of the water to find the weld on the trim piston broke I haven't contacted cmc as of yet, but I thought some of you guys might have an idea on what happened or if any one has heard of this before. Thanks
