What precautions should I take when installing electronics onto the center console. For starters I will be installing the Standard Horizon PS1000 VHF radio. The PS1000 is basically a black box that gets mounted inside the ceter console. (What size and type screws do I use)
The Ram+ mic hardware gets mounted to the face of the console. (I will need to drill a hole approx. 1" diameter and drill smaller mounting screws) How do you keep the gelcoat from spider cracking and/or chipping?
