Does anyone have a repair manual for this motor they are not using and would like to get back some of your investment? If not, I will buy new.

At this point, I am only looking to swap out the impeller as preventative maintenence.

Any pointers? Thanks.

I replace the whole housing and everything, at least make sure that you change out the "Wear" plates, even only a few thousand's of an inch off the wear plates greatly reduces pump efficiency by letting water spray past the impeller blades.
