bow rail?

Member Personal Page Posts: 25 Comments: 0 Joined: 04/10/08	On my 22 outrage, in the center of the bow rail, there is ~1/2 hole, and a 10-24 threaded hole...does anyone know what is suppose to go there? It looks as if there should be a small head light of some type...
