That thing has been for sale for a while now. It was on the Chicago craigslist for ever at $10k with an old OMC V4.

Why would anyone in thier right mind ruin such a nice boat? Based on the appearance alone, someone could probably get a good deal on it. Then if the new owner was to tone down the interior and place the proper Whaler decals on the side, they might have a nice boat.

Nice rubrail. That still sort of looks like a Whaler.
Can't wait to see the house. Must be stunning.

Look at that picture again and tell me what their definition of "not very good is?" This is as much an insult to the King's english as it is the whaler community! Not very good? That's being generous.

Does this not remind you of Rodney Dangerfield's golf bag in Caddyshack? Maybe a beer tap and a boom box screaming out "Boogie Wonderland" would just top it right off!

Normally I don't bash on this forum, but sometimes you just gotta' let fly. Where is this thing? I'll go there and take it to the crusher myself. Anybody want to pitch in for gas?

That was the Partridge Family boat. Be careful, the mom drove it like it was a bus.

I beg to differ with you. I think drugs were involved. Probably crack. Smile

Someone should take pity on the poor thing and restore it. Properly. Or is it too late?

The backwards Whaler logo is like when a flag is flown upside down as a sign of distress. It's the boat trying to tell us "Help, Help, get this %*#@ off me!"
