Before I trailer from Florida to Canada I am looking for an engine support bracket to take the stress off the hydrolics when towing. I need something to work with a 225 Verado. ALL the products I have read about do not work on a Verado's (I've emailed them).
What do you recommend I use to support the engine? Pat
You might want to look at the m-y wedge product. I bought one recently after I broke my transom saver attachment. It is really simple to use (just slides over one of the hydraulic rams). Their website is www.m-ywedge.com . The transoms are so strong on these whalers I'm not sure that's where we need the help. Insurance against hydraulic failure though, I think yes.
