Off the top of my head, check with a whaler dealer. If they are unavailable, Halls Nautical does excellent replacement cushions. www.hallsnautical.com Give her a call since she is more a people person than email person.
This company which is on EBAY carries all kinds of BW cushions. Although they don't have one for Dauntless displayed now, I have seen them in the past, so you may want to contact them http://stores.ebay.com/Specialty-Marinelty-Marine
First of all, Hi and welcome to the WC site. Just a suggestion... I restore classic cars also for fun. I have a guy here who does all my upholstery and interior work. He has the seat portion of my Montauk right now and he is replacing the fabric. He can reproduce it exactly right down to the pleat stitching and piping or modify the design to my specs. I don't know where you live, but there must be someone like this in your area. I am not suggesting this as a superior approach, simply as one more way to handle the seat problem.
