I"ve heard that using an all roller trailer for a whaler is bad for the boat(72 Katama). Is this true for any style roller trailer or just the type that has clusters of rollers all in one area? My trailer has rollers spread out pretty well over most of the hull but there are no rollers under the keel. Does it really matter?
If I'm not mistaken, I think the most important aspect is to make sure the majority of the weight rest on the center keel of the boat and not the outer portion of the hull.
