just bought a new morse single lever controler on ebay and need adveice on how to hook it up, i have a 1987 merc 115 if that helps it has seemingly original teleflex cables that were attached to the original quicksilver controls
You should check on the Teleflex site. Teleflex bought out Morse.
Adapters are usually needed on the engine end of the cables.
You may need new cables to attach to the Morse/Teleflex controls and then adapters on the ends of the cables to hook to a particular brand of engine.
The only way to be sure, is check with Teleflex on which cables and/or adapters you actually need.
