As a point a interest. I can squeeze 5200RPM out of a 19in K series stainless by yamaha. Engine is also a 90 HP 2 stroke. With a 17 5700... same prop.

Yeah first time back in a month!

The PowerTech M135PTR22 is a 22" pitch propeller which is WAY too much pitch for that boat/motor combination.

The PTR series props are three bladed stainless steel cupped props with a fair amount of blade rake that will contribute to bow lift. It is comparable to Mercury's Laser II.

I would recommend the 13-1/4" x 20" Laser II or perhaps the 13" x 18" Mercury Vengeance if the Laser II proved to have too much pitch.

The 13-1/4" x 17" or 13-1/4" x 19" Stiletto Advantage I would be worth trying as well.

You want your WOT RPMs to be close to the redline of 5500 RPM so if you are only able to hit 4500 RPM now, I would guess you are going to need the 18" Vengeance or the 17" Advantage I.
