Member Posts: 3 Comments: 0 Joined: 07/05/23	My 2005 135hp optimax will not idle. It run great, but if the rpm drops below 850 the motor will die. I have installed new plug and filters even have run mercury injector cleaner and still the same thing happens. Any thoughts?

Confirm you have already done the following: Cleaned VST Cleaned MAP sensor Fuel and air pressure test Run the engine off a separate tank (to eliminate hoses and venting) Check fuel lift pump.
