I have a 13' Dauntless front and rear flat deck. I need to install 2 seats in the rear with back rests for support. I have a bad back. Any advise would be appreciated.

That seat is a "guest seat" from the helm of a 52' Hatteras, it had gotten "War torn" from 17 years of service, the wood on the corner had flaked away and de-laminated. I found a very small decal on it that said "Pompano beach fighting chair co.", I looked it up on the net and they are still in business, they are also a tad pricey, my size was $750 (not a big deal to some but, my dockage fee is only $550 per year), I took the seat apart, replaced the plywood (sealed & painted) to the spec's, and bolted it back together, and brought it to a good auto upolsterer, he tried to nail me for $500 in a pinch on memorial day weekend. I found another place down the block that did a BEAUTIFUL job for $275. (A&B Auto upolstery, Baldwin, NY).
