I had a 1986 Montauk and now have a 1991 Outrage 17. While I have not measured, the Outrage windshield is taller. Any glass/plexiglass dealer can make you a new one. Expect around $200. I was part of a group buy of new OEM windshields for Montauk's (thanks Tom!). For each hole, the hardware that attaches the windshield includes: 1) #10-32 x 1 1/4" Phillips flat head stainless steel machine screw 2) #10 stainless steel finishing washer 3) 1/4" stainless steel flat washer 4) 1/4" long x 1/4" diameter white nylon flanged bushing (shoulder washer) 5) 10-32 Wellnut You can find this at a whaler dealer. 1992 Outrage 17 I 2019 E-TEC 90, Viper 17 2+ 2018 Load Rite Elite 18280096VT
