Any suggestions for replacement tubing from oil tank to fuel pump? Also the little, angled T fitting... looks like nylon or some other hard plastic? 1989 3 cylinder.

At this website you should be able to find everything you need in OEM parts. This is an excellent source of outboard engine information and parts, all brands. They show all of the factory parts diagrams and parts listings down to the smallest screw, etc.

If you should encounter a "No longer available" notation, record the part number and search for it on Ebay. You can usually find anything you need there, sometimes for a little less.

I was concerned that old stock tubing might not be much better than what's on there now. I've seen listings for nos Merc tubing that was very old but never used. Just hoping to match it up with something else like tygon if it's suitable. Thanks, i'll check out your link.

Tygon F-4040-A is what somebody in another forum suggested; its good up to 160 degrees F and is oil and fuel resistant. It is more of a yellow color but you can see through it.

Specifically designed to handle most fuels and industrial lubricants, Tygon F-4040-A lubricant and fuel tubing resists the swelling and hardening caused by hydrocarbon-based fluids. This significantly reduces the risk of failure due to cracking and leakage.

Marineengine.com has the tubing and its not NOS. While you are doing this consider replacing the brass oil check valve which will fail eventually and allow the oil tank to gravity feed oil through the oil pump into the bottom carb and eventually the bottom cylinder and out on to your floor. I would also replace the fuel lines and plastic Tee. Remember you will need to bleed the oil pump after you replace the oil line and start the engine on pre-mix oil and gas and run it at idle with the oil control link rod disconnected to ensure all of the air is purged from the oil pump. Run it for 10 minutes and you should be go to go back to straight gas and oil injection.
