1994 Outrage 19: Bow Bitt?

I have two questions: 1) Has the original bow bitt been replaced by the anchor roller? (Not an original BW item, I think.) 2) Are the two cleats on the bow original or were they installed later after removing the original bow bitt? Thanks. The two cleats were standard equipment on this model in lieu of a bow bitt. A stainless steel anchor roller was also standard equipment though the one pictured looks like a cast aluminum replacement.
