Before Posting, Please Read Our Posting Guidelines Below.
1. Use the full 4 digit year for everything you are asking your question about. Example: 1962, 1988, 2000, 2011 2. Include the correct name of your Whaler model. Example: Montauk 17, Montauk 170, Outrage 26, Outrage 260 3. Include the length when necessary. Example: 16, 17, 18, 20, 22 4. Do not post your email address anywhere on this site as it is already in your user profile.
You also can contact BW via e-mail directly from the website. Just give them the HIN, and they can tell you the model, year, etc. In my experience, they are very helpful and turn around inquiries fairly quickly.

When I emailed them the HIN to my 1974 Katama, they told me it was a Currituck...
The stenciled hull number will tell you what size hull you have but not the specific model. As noted above, you can contact Boston Whaler Customer Service and they *may* be able to tell you more but not always. It depends on what records they have of the old hulls. While they are very good, they do not have every record of every hull produced in the last 50 years.
