Help with Hull ID #

Member Posts: 8 Comments: 0 Joined: 08/15/07	I was going to purchase this 13 footer from a gentleman in Ga., but he said the hull ID is gone, or he couldn't find it.. Is the plate on the bottom rear of this one suppose to be the ID ?? I thought it was up top. I have a spare 40 I'm going to put on it for the rest of the summer to enjoy. I'll be needing some side stainless rails and such if anyone has any laying around, or even if you know where I can pick some up at.
