Kokopelli Trailers in Pacifica, California. Bolt together aluminum trailers. I have never seen the product. Only the advertisements. Listed phone number (602) 256-1300.
There is a company named Trailex which makes aluminum trailers you assemble yourself. I think their largest capacity boat trailer is about 500 lbs though.
I winter in Ft. Myers and summer in St. Joseph, Michigan. It’s now about 12 years since I’ve joined this group. I gave my 1972 whaler to my daughter and sold the 17’. Bought an O’Day 28 sailboat and sailed on Lake Michigan. Yesterday I bought a 2005 130 Sport.
Phil,
I saw the U.S. Virgin Islands and assumed that aaronbluestar was shopping for "shipped to..." (the bolt together feature) vs. purchase locally. I would be interested to find out if it makes economical sense.
