Hull turned out very nice.
Interior is going to be sharp too.
Can't wait to see the interior stained and sealed.

I added a few more pictures. The Motor is in the shop The 40 HP Merc has 1 cylinder @125psi and 1 @ 100 which is a little low but will work fine. They found a bit of water in the oil tank but went through everything and replaced all the hoses and water pump impeller. So it wont be long. Will 3M work for a sealant when I remount the motor?

HappyIdiot - The boat is starting to look good. I used 3M 4200 as a sealant when I raised my engine. I have not had problems (have removed the engine several times since); however, others have (gel coat pulled of when engine removed) and so they advocate a polysulfide sealant rather than an adhesive sealant like 3M 4200.

The Marine Sealants recommended here were:

Names of marine sealants include:

Boat Life Life Caulk
3M 101 Sealant
West Marine Marine Sealant

I would also add that if I remount the engine in the future I will not use 3M 4200.
