Honda BF50A Shifter direction

Member Posts: 12 Comments: 0 Joined: 10/07/11	I am setting up a Yamaha 705 flush mount control for a 2003 Honda BF50A but don't have the engine at my disposal right now. I remember that the Honda throttle pulls (fwd) to increase. I cannot remember which direction the shifter on the motor moves for fwd gear. I don't want to assume and take the control apart to reconfigure it a second time once I have the motor. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!
