i am rigging my 1970 13 foot with a 1978 35 johnson and a push pull steering and the steering arm linkage hits the transon beacuse of the curve of the transom when turning starboard the motor can just get past straight, any sugestions ? thanks
I installed the Teleflex stainless steel standoff it is solid as a rock and works great. They also make a cheaper painted version but I recommend the stainless steel.
