Member Posts: 12 Comments: 0 Joined: 10/06/10	I have a 2000 Outrage 18 with 2005 mercury 150 EFI saltwater series 2 stroke. Replaced the fuel vent with Whitecap stainless gas vent straight 5/8 in Oct. 2012. The screens have already corroded away. The engine run great no issues. I'll replace again but with what. Can not do this every season. any suggestions? I live on Cape Cod. Thanks

Member Posts: 540 Comments: 5 Joined: 06/26/07	Hi, I have a 1999 Outrage 18 like yours and changed the gas tank vent from the original to one made by Moller. Seems to be a chrome brass fitting with stainless screens. So far so good after almost two years and running in salt water environment. THOM : 1999 Outrage 18, 2012 E-TEC 150, 2012 EZ Loader trailer
