Support straps for Mills Tops?

Member Personal Page Project Albums Posts: 2975 Comments: 3 Joined: 11/04/05	I am missing one of the webbed support straps for the Mills Sun Top, I am about to install. I can buy them locally, the real question is, how should I fasten the strap to the frame. The original is riveted, would SS screws be enough to hold with all the force the top would get at speed. Thanks

Member Posts: 5 Comments: 1 Joined: 06/15/07	Kamie, I believe the straps are still available from Mills. I spoke to them several weeks ago about a flying top for my '74 Outrage and they indicated straps and draw strings were still available.
