i recently purchased a 94, 19 ft outrage II with a 150 HP johnson. Where are the scuppers on your boat? at or below the water line or should they be above, mine are at the water line but when i board wtih my dad and we both stand in the stern we get water in the well and back thru to the deck, is this common? i am planning on replacing the scuppers? what have people done to fix the problem? pingpong ball scuppers, read on the hull truth site about "duck bill" scuppers? anybond use them, what works best for scuppers at or below the water line?
