Hi,

I have a 1999 Merc Optimax 135 that I recently put on my Outrage 18 hull. After hooking everything up it ran great until a couple days later when the oil line from the remote oil tank to the oil tank under the cowling was sliced. The motor didn't rev up or lean out and oil was still in the tank under the cowling. I replaced the line and when I went to start the motor it wouldn't fire up. Has anyone had this problem before or know of a remedy? I am thinking that maybe the low oil level sensor is tripped and wont reset or the oil level sender is stuck and tripping the senor. I have tried disconnecting the power with no luck. Any advice is appreciated.

Thank you
