I have a 2012 Mercury Verado 150hp
Can anyone tell me the correct Quicksilver oil filter replacement number and the fuel filter replacement for any brand? The guy at West Marine gave me what he "thought" was the right oil filter but couldn't find a part number for the fuel/water separator filter.
Call the dealer that you got the engine from in 2012...they will know. I am unsure if you are talking about the fuel filter that is on the motor or if you mean the one that is externally mounted inline to the engine. If you mean the filter/separator that is external between the fuel tank and the squeeze bulb, the reason you are having trouble is that it will depend on knowing which unit Mercury offers to be rigged with the motor. The dealer that installed the motor will know, give him a call.
