Hello all-
Well here's an update on my engine issue (mid range stall,etc)
After messing around with three marine mechanics for a year, I finally broke down and took it to a marina recommended by a friend.
I'm happy to say, the carbs were out of synch and the timing was off.
I had one guy rebuild the carbs,maybe he never synched them? No one picked up on the timing? One said it was the VRO, it tested fine..makes you wonder
Oh well, I'm happy with the results..it was tested on Lake Champlain, and he said it ran well. I haven't tested it personally, been too damn cold up here.
next year, I'll have the fuel hoses underdeck done.
