Member Personal Page Posts: 14 Comments: 5 Joined: 12/22/09	There are probably not very many surviving from the '60's. I have a 1963 Sakonnet that I bought in 1971 on the original trailer, I think. That trailer disintregated over a 20 year period, but I remember it was a tilt type trailer. I'll check to see if I have any photos.

I don't believe the factory matched the trailer to the boat they way they do now, it was pretty much up to the local dealer. If it is in good shape, i would replace the wheel bearings and the tires and the rollers if it has any and go with it.
