15' Super Sport Control Cables length

Member Posts: 4 Comments: 1 Joined: 11/11/12	I just restored a 1985 15' super sport and am currently working on ordering an engine and controls.(I don't have the old set so no reference point) I was wondering where I can find the proper length of the control cables for throttle and shift. The side mount control would be in the standard location on starboard side between seat and console. Member Personal Page Project Albums Posts: 360 Comments: 0 Joined: 01/17/11	Gibby, If it is any help, I've Got a 15 with an SS interior, the difference is, my interior is set forward 9" and I have a 4" setback on my Jack plate. I purchased 9' cables last week, but they were too short (barely) for my application. They are now 10'. My estimate I that the 9' should work for you and give you a little play, I am sure someone here will know for sure.
