Whether there is an official run announced or not, Jim McPadden always pulls a permit for it and does a run of some sorts. He pulls it year after year to keep it going and officially on the book with NYC and DHS authorities. If he misses a year, the loop holes to get a permit reissued are ridiculous. He really does not post on the boards much at all any more. You could try him at outrage21@gmail to see if he has plans.
