I'm refitting a trailer for a 91 16GL ventura, how long should the bunks be ? should I fit them for beneath the boat, or on the side. the trailer I have 1981.make, long ,style TL, class G, wt capacity 03000. Dan
I am a firm believer in 4 bunks... 2 longer ones near the center and 2 shorter ones on the outside.
The length is basically determined by the cross members where they are mounted with brackets plus a little hang over on the ends.
