I can't tell from the pics, but they look like they're made from the same material as Trex and other synthetic lumber. If that's the case, you could fabricate your own quite easily, ensuring you round off edges that the boat comes in contact with. Just a thought...
Bought mine from Bass Pro (Bunk Slick) and they are great.
If you buy pre-made make sure they are solid ortherwise you are wasting money.
If you make your own make sure to countersink the screw holes and use stainless.
