My T-50, 4 Stroke will engage the automatic choke for no reason, while the engine is at operating temperature. Nothing good happens at that point. The motor has been giving me trouble all summer, appeared to be fuel and carb issues, (fuel has been changed. Carbs have been cleaned 2 times ) the mechanic advised that he unplugged the automatic choke system, and currently the motor is running great, however, I enjoy duck hunting and I am wondering what will happen this winter when I require a choke. I asked this on a Yamaha Forum and was told I need a new Mechanic, I already know this. Do you folks have any ideas as to the parts I should look at replacing? I'm told its a great system when it's working, a bit complicated though. I'm not even sure what he has unplugged
Thanks in advance,
