I have a 2010 Mercury 60 HP 4 stroke. Sometimes it won't produce full power. I have changed the filter, and used new gas with an additive. Sometimes it will run at full power after running for a while (5000-6000 RPM). Is there another filter after gas filter/separator mechanism? Other boaters are telling me there is a screen type filter after gas filter but I can't see it or find it. What am I missing?
