Has anyone had problems with Nautical lumber? I sent in my old montauk wood and was told that I would have all new wood finished and sent back to me by the end of May. Well I didn't receive it and they don't return phone calls. Can anyone help?
The company has moved *Twice* in the past six or eight months, and they are very busy. I also had difficulty getting hold of Mike a few weeks ago, and, unfortunately, ended up going with another supplier, as he was unable to fulfill my order quickly...but at least he gave me a heads up.
Hang in there, fast growth is difficult for even the best organizations, and Mike's business is in that category...
I sent e-mails repeatedly to them and never had a reply I just gave up. I'm not sure if I want to do business with them if they can't return an e-mail.
