I need advice on getting a trailer built or buying a new trailer for my 1973 Montauk. From what I gather, I need to support the boat by the keel and many of the trailer that I find are bunks or rollers with no keel support. I plan on new gel coat this winter so I need to replace the rollers on my current trailer and when I take a look at my trailer, it needs so much work, I'd just as soon replace it. I'm on Central Illinois, near Springfield IL.
