I am looking at my original captains chairs in my Outrage 18 and I notice they are cracking and falling apart. I have thought about putting a RPS in but still think the captains chairs are best for my uses such as waterskiing and being able to swivel around to view the skier. I would like to hear recommendations for the best replacement seats. I am not interested in a leaning post.
If so, you can order a new set of Yachtsman II chairs from Springfield.
The only downside is they are now white in color but you can also buy new white cushions...

I have two seats (I believe to be Wise), two pedestals (Wise), two different sets of cushions for each seat (one set in poor condition, Wise for two seats) (one set Springfield in good condition) , and one set of bases which haven't been fit to these seats. In other words it is an erector set. The seats are in good condition, but each has broken screws in the bottoms. I can send you pics if you wish.
I have absolutely no idea what they are worth. Maybe someone could make some suggestions. The price would have to include shipping (98422) of course.
