My apologies for this weak question.
I am mounting a leaning post where Captains chairs used to be. Does anyone know the factory distance from the console to the front of the leaning post.
(superconsole in my case, 1981 Outrage 22)

Mike I believe we left 18" from the Battle Console on the guardian to the front of the leaning post. I would say mount the console where you want it find play with the post till you like in and then mount it down.
