What kind of steering 13' Sport

When I got the boat, the steering was gone, just the steering wheel and an old damaged unit below the exsiting console. What do I need to install to replace old steering, and re-use the existing steering wheel? I have seen some people mention Teleflex? The boat will be running a 40hp Honda. Does anybody have any suggestions, part numbers?? Please help! Will post pics when complete. Thanks
