In the beginning i'm gonna run this engine and in winter time i'm going to convert it in to an outboard version like sraab928 did. I am just wondering how these jets handle in salt water bays and rivers with a 115 Johnson in comparison to a 90hp Montauk. Can these engines run when boat is out of water or do they constantly need water pressure? The seller did not want to run motor out of water. I may take a look again tomorrow.
