Just wanted to give a personal "Shout Out" for our friend Sue at Twin Cities Marine (One of the Sponsors on this Site).

Last year I called her to get info on a new Rub Rail Kit for my 1972 13'. Mind you only one phone conversation. When I called today, as soon as I gave her my name she began to tell me that we spoke on February 18th last year at 9:30 a.m. and she told me what boat I had and exactly what we had talked about. (Sue keeps a data base of her customers and potential customers with all pertinent information, WOW.) She has a wealth of knowledge and an abundance of personality that leaves you saying, "This is what our nation needs to come back to in customer service!" She helped me with my Run Rail Kit order and also mentioned something else we had talked about and I added that to my order and saved some more money.

I had read on here how folks have sang her accolades, but I had not had the privilege of the "SUE EXPERIENCE". She by far is the best customer service/sales personnel that I can remember ever working with.

Ditto here. I spoke with sue for the first time today, and boy she far exceeded any and all expectations. Twin cities will be my vendor of choice from now on. Thanks Sue! and all the other members who have made such positive comments on Twin Cities.

The lucky ones are those who live close enough to Twin Cities to deal with Sue in person on all their boating needs. I love dealing with a reputable family run business and there would be no question about who would get my business.

I bought my last boat from them sight unseen and I ordered a Montauk windshield from Sue. And I live in CA! That should say something. Really good people over there. Once they pick up the Stern Saver product, then they will be perfect Wink

Sue gave me a great tip for addressing the odd angles for installing through drain tubes (undersize the diameter of the cinching bolt so the end is a little sloppy to match the angle). Gave me the information after I already purchased bulk materials and tool from other source. I will definitely return the favor for my future needs. Hat's off.
