scupper drain replacements

Member Posts: 2 Comments: 0 Joined: 03/15/11	We have an 2001 Outrage 23 that the stern scupper flaps are no longer flexible and need replacement. They are stainless steel but when we called a local whaler dealer he thought they were plastic??? Has anyone replaced theirs? Thanks
