I came across this, not affiliated in any way. I have done this job and its misery when you come across frozen powerhead bolts. This eliminates the need to pull the powerhead. On a 90 you can pull the rod out with the carbs removed, but on 115's and up thats not the case. http://www.shiftshaft.com
