I have the bow light chock combo rig. When I took the round top off where the lens is located there was no easy way to get to the bulb. It looks like you can unscrew a plastic insert that holds the bulb assembly. There is no easy way to do this with any tool I know of. Has anyone ever had to take this part of the fixture apart?

The plastic lens does NOT unscrew, it simply lifts off. It may be that somebody tried to caulk it in place at some pint in the past and if so, it may be stuck pretty good. You will have top try to lever it up an off.
Replacement lenses are readily available if you break the one you have. It is an off-the-shelf Perko part.
Thanks guys. I tried fixing it at the Marina. I think I will bring it home and put some WD on it and pry it off. There does look like there may be treads on it but it wont budge i was trying to not force it thinking there has to be a better way.
