I'm buying a 97 Dauntless 20 dual console that has baked in the sun a bit too long; the cushions and steering wheel are cracked and brittle. Will I need to go custom shop to replace the cushions, or is there a source? How about the steering wheel? Would like to restore the appearance to as close as original as possible.
One more question - a lot of newer dual console boats have a divider under the windshield, to keep the wind and water out of the main cabin. The Dauntless doesn't, and I assume on windy/choppy days no one sits in the bow and you leave the canvas bow cover on. Is this right?
