Hello everyone.
I will be raising my rear bench seat approximately 2 inches for added comfort. I eventually plan on having a custom aluminum tank made to fit underneath it which stores approximately 15 gallons. However, for now I am going to go with a plastic Moeller tank. What size tank have you guys been able to fit underneath the rear bench? It looks like I can get a 15 gallon thats around 11" tall and a 16 gallon thats 8" tall. Will 11" clear underneath the seat? I would go take some measurements but my boat is currently across the state. Thanks

The 11" will not fit. The 8" will. I had an 18 that was great when I had the old two stroke but now that I have the 4 stroke the gas will go bad before I use it all.

18 gallon? What size motor? Mine is a 60 4 stroke and I was thinking of going with the 12 gallon tank.

Thanks Joe, The tank was free and fit so that is what I went with. I also tend to go on long trips but now with the 4 stroke I use about half of the gas that my old 2 stroke did. 12 gallon will be fine.
