I spent 20 minutes doing a google search and could not find a template or even a photo. I take it this is an older style having been replaced with the newer version.
The template would have been included with the package. I doubt most parts departments would have a template on hand.
If bought used, I would remove the cover and make a template yourself from the back of the unit.
To be safe, use a 1x 4 scrap and make the cutout. Refine and then make a final template from the scrap. Use this for the console.
