I am looking for some advice on sourcing a snap in carpet for my 1996 Dauntless 17 Dual Console I am currently restoring. According to the 1996/1997 BW brochure via Tom W Clark this was an optional extra at the time of purchase. The original colour was listed as grey.
I live in England and have already purchased replacement Mills covers and Magic brush replacement graphics but the search for a snap in carpet is proving difficult!
Can anybody point me in the right direction of the OEM of this part or a good retro fit supplier. Does anyone have this fitted to their Whaler from around the same era and be would they be able to send an image of it so I can match the original colour / finish?
When looking for an old part or replacement, I consult with Sue Lodell, Parts Manager at Twin Cities Marine in Wisconsin. They are a Master Whaler dealer.
